| RTOWA Mumbai was formed in 2008, as an Association registered under Charitable Trust Act of Maharashtra. It's major achievements so far are as under: | |
| 1. | Revision of Pay wef 01/01/2007 by actively participating in the pursuit process and in the agitations with TEAM. |
| 2. | Revision of Pension wef 01/01/2007 by actively leading the pursuit process with TEAM/UForum. |
| 3. | Payment of Pension by Govt by actively participating in the pursuits and agitations with TEAM/UForum |
| 4. | CGHS admissibility by jointly pursuing with RTOWA Delhi. |

Got DOT PPO within reasonable time by switching over from MTNL PPO for all those retired prior to 31/03/2014 by continuous vigorous pursuits.

| 6. | Payment of arrears of pension for 69 months due to revision of pension wef 01/01/2007 for those retired prior to that date, by continuous pursuit. |

| 8. | Got Toll free number 1800 223 211...for enquiry of CCA Office. |
| 9. | Regular holding of Pension Adalat once in six months. |
| 10. | Got orders from DOT assigning responsibility to CCA to pay any arrears of any pensionary benefits that may arise due to any reason for the period prior to 01/04/2014 during which MTNL was paying pension. |
| 11. | Facility to switch over from CGHIS to CGHS with 50% subsidy of contribution ...got this facility by pursuing with CMD in the years 2017, 2018 and in 2019. |
| 12. | By continuous pursuits got orders to pay arrears of salary as well as to revise Pensionary benefits to those retired between 01/01/2018 to 3/07/2018 on account of neutralisation of additional 5% IDA. |
| 13. | By continuous pursuits got orders to pay interest on final payment of GPF for the period of delay. |
| 14. | Improvements in Life Certificate submission process. |
