GENEARAL BODY MEETING PROCEEDINGS ON 15/09/2017:

15/09/2017: AGB MEETING-2017 Today our AGM was held. More than 200 members attended AGM and Open Session. Office Bearers of RTOWA Delhi viz., S/Shri. S.S. Nanda , R. K. Mudgal, S.K. Bhatia and A. K. Kapoor were special participants in our AGM. The GB approved Annual report and Audited Accounts. Sri. S. K. Patil and Co was appointed as Auditor for the year 2017-2018. Sri. A. K. Kapoor spoke on Revision of Pension. Sri. R. K. Mudgal AGS RTOWA Delhi spoke on medical facilities. Shri. S.S. Nanda GS RTOWA Delhi and Convenor of Co-Ordination Committee of RTOWA Mumbai and Delhi spoke on 78.2% IDA and other issues. In the Open Session Sri. Pravin Punj ED was the Chief Guest. Sri. Bhosale DGM(IR), Sri. Wani SM(IR), Sri. J.S. Yadav Chairman United Forum Mumbai, Sri. J. Mathias GS MEA, Sri. T. L. Gaikwad SC/ST Association, Sri. H. S. Upadhyay Vice President United Forum and Sri. Chincholkar our founder President were the Honourable guests. Sri.K. Jawahar our President gave welcome address. Sri. B.R. Pathak our GS delivered key note address. Sri.J.J. Mathias in his speech congratulated the pensioners for their active participation in agitations. He appealed to all to participate in the rally to be held on 04/10/2017. Sri.J. S. Yadav was aggressive in his speech justifying our demands. He criticised MTNL and DoT for their negative attitude and negative approach towards our demands. Sri. S. S. Nanda comprehensively put forth the demands of the pensioners. He also said that RTOWA Mumbai and Delhi will fight together for Revision of Pension, 100% reimbursement of CGHS Contribution, Enhancement of features of CGHIS any issue relating to pensioners. Sri. Bhosale DGM (IR) gave a brief of orders issued by Corporate Office regarding medical facilities. Sri. Pravin Punj, ED in his speech agreed to the need for revamping the procedures for settlement of pension dues within a month of retirement. He further said that initiatives have already been taken by MTNL and DoT to resolve the issues raised by pensioners. The meeting ended with vote of thanks by Sri. M. R. Dixit our AGS. |

25/09/2016: ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING: MORNING PROCEEDINGS: The Eighth AGB of our Association was held today at 11 AM at Chabildas High School Hall, Dadar West. Office Bearers of RTOWA Delhi Shri.R.K. Mudgal, Shri.A.K.Kapoor, Shri.S.K.Dabral, and Sri.S.K.Bhatia were our Honourable guests in the AGB. Annual report was adopted. Audited Accounts were approved. M/s Patil & Co was appointed as Statutory Auditor for the year 2016-17. Constitution was amended creating a post of Organising Secretary. Shri. A.K.Kapoor and Shri. R. K. Mudgal spoke about problems in getting CGHS Card, Pension Revision,78.2% IDA etc. The meeting was adjourned at 1.15 pm for lunch break. OPEN HOUSE SESSION: The session started at 2.30 pm. Shri. Sunil Kumar Dir (HR) was the Chief Guest. Shri. Pravin Punj ED Mumbai, Shri.Rajendra Prasad CGM CETTM, Sri.Sultan Ahmed GM (Fin) CO-MTNL Delhi, Shri.J.S. Yadav Chairman United Forum Mumbai, Shri. H. S. Upadhyay President MEA and Shri.Pawar from TPWA were the Honourable Guests. President Sri.K. Jawahar gave welcome address. Shri Nandaji's message was read out. Sri. Badri R. Pathak gave Key Note address. Sri.R.K. Mudgal, Sri.H.S.Upadhyay, Sri.J.S.Yadav justified our demands in their speeches. Shri. Sultan Ahmed, in his speech, said that Delhi FMS is a facilitator and cooperate with CCA in the work of Preparation of PPOs and drawal of Arrears. He also said that 78.2% IDA issue will be discussed in the Board meeting. Shri.Sunilkumarji also said that 78.2% IDA will be considered in the Board meeting and sent to DoT. He said that with meagre resources MTNL is striving it's best to meet the demands of pensioners. He further said that the present medical scheme for pensioners will be extended. Election of New Executive Body:- After the Open House Session, the AGB was reconvened. Shri. N. Chandrasekaran was chosen as Election Officer. Shri. P.D. Pradhan assisted him in the election process. Nominations were called for in a prescribed form for every post of office bearers and EC Members. All the office bearers were elected unanimously. There were 13 nominations for 10 posts of EC Members. Three nominations were withdrawn. The remaining 10 were elected unanimously. The newly elected body took an oath of allegiance to RTOWA and to safeguard the interests of the pensioners. The list of New body is given below.

AGB PROCEEDINGS ON 20/11/2015 :-
Today Seventh AGB of our Association was held at Chabildas High School Hall Dadar West. More than 210 members participated in the meeting. The meeting started at 11.15 AM. Annual Report and Audited Accounts were adopted. Com.S.S. Nanda Convenor of Co-Ordination Committee and General Secretary RTOWA Delhi extensively covered all the issues viz., New PPOs for pre 01/04/2014 retirees, Payment of arrears for 69 months to those retired prior to 01/01/2007 due to revision of pension from 01/01/2007, Medical facilities, 78.2% DA in revision of pension on 01/01/2007 etc. The Session concluded at 12.30.
OPEN HOUSE SESSION :-
Session started at 12.30. Shri. Arvindji Sawant M.P. LokSabha was the Chief Guest.
Com. M.K. Bagchi President of RTOWA Delhi, Com.S.S.Nanda GS RTOWA Delhi, Shri.S.P. Rai ED MTNL Mumbai, Shri.A.P.Singh G.M.(Fin), Shri.P.K. Adhikari G.M. (A ), Shri.Ankur Kumar Jt.CCA, Shri.Bhalerao DGM (IR), Shri.V.Padmanathan DGM (Pen), Shri.A.C.Kumar CAO (Pen), Shri.Panchal Sr.AO (Pen), Shri. Ramasundaram AO (Pen), and Office bearers of RTOWA Delhi viz., Com.Shilkumar, Com. R.K. Mudgal, Com.S.N. Pande, and Com.S.K. Bhatia, Office bearers of local Unions and Associations viz., Com.J.S.Yadav, Com.G.N. Haragabal, Com.Virendra Singh, Com.S.S. Singh, Com. Raghavan, Com. T.L.Gaikwad, Com. S.G. Pawar, and Com. C.Mendonca were our Honourable guests.
Our President Shri. K. Jawahar welcomed the guests. Bouquets were offered to the guests by our GS Shri. Badri R. Pathak, and by Shri. M.R.Dixit AGS. Key Note address was delivered by Shri. Badri R.Pathak GS.
Shri.A.P.Singh GM (Fin), Shri.AnkurKumar Jt.CCA spoke about the steps taken by MTNL and CCA to issue PPOs, arrangement for Life Certificate etc.
Shri.Arvindji Sawant released the directory of Members of RTOWA Mumbai and RTOWA Delhi. Members cheered while honouring Shri. M.K.Bagchi and Shri. S.S. Nanda for their life long dedicated services to employees and pensioners with shawl and coconut by Shri. Arvindji Sawant. Shri.S.S. Nanda gave a brief about the Directory and Shri.M.K. Bagchi gave a brief about his long innings of service to Associations.
Shri.Arvindji Sawant spoke elaborately, informatively and inspiringly on all the issues. He emphasised on achieving 78.2% DA for fixation of pay and pension on 01/01/2007. Com.M.K. Bagchi gave the concluding speech emphasising the freedom and strength of the Associations to identify the issues, and to pursue the issues by all means at right time to safeguard the interests of employees and pensioners.
The meeting concluded with vote of thanks by Shri. M.R. Dixit AGS.
