10. Supplementary claims submitted while in service

11. Pending Floater Medical Claims of pensioners covered under CGHIS Which are pending since last few years.

The issue is continuously pursued. Many letters were written..The authorities viz., GM Fin, ED, Dir (Fin) and Dir(HR) were requested in meetings with them prior to March'2020.....The reply at that time was MTNL does not have funds even to pay salary for two or three months to employees...So the claims of pensioners will be considered afterwards.....

Now MTNL Mumbai has placed request for funds to Corporate Office...for the claims which are ready for Payment.

Points under consideration July.2020:

1. Release of part of gratuity withheld due to non-furnishing of NOC from BSNL estate section of all those who were in occupation of BSNL quarters and continued the occupation till the permissible period of 8 months on nominal license fees varrying every two months. This is due to the discriminatory and unlawful decision taken by BSNL to charge the rent equal to the last drawn HRA from the retirees.

2. Granting permission to the VRS or other retirees to continue with the occupation of MTNL quarters beyond their permissible limit of 8 months after their retirement till the Covid-19 subsides and lockdown is completely lifted .

3. Permit the VRS or other retirees who are in occupation of MTNL quarters to continue the occupation on leave and lincense basis by reviving the existing policy which had been hitherto stopped.

4. Relaxation of two weeks mandatory training after promotion or upgradation as the there are members whose pension , gratuity, commutation of pension for CSO and leave encashment and gratuity for pro-rata optees have not been settled for over a year.

5. There is sense of discrimination gripping the minds of superannuation retirees that RTOWA Mumbai is showing more interest in VRS -2019 retirees. This needs to dispelled.

Issues having long standing impact:

1. Revision of Pension as per 7th CPC.

2. 4.4% left out IDA Neutralization
